We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent customer experience through our diverse communication channels. The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between our clients and our network of vendors by managing all our clients’ repair and maintenance needs within our technology platform, One by SMS Assist. This role communicates predominantly on the phone and electronically with clients and vendors to ensure all maintenance services are completed in an effective and efficient manner.
Compensation:$22.50 - $28.72 hourly

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in our recycling services- Process orders, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and metrics
- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development
- Work with internal teams to identify customer trends and make recommendations for improvements to our services
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks and goals as needed
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detailed in all areas with an emphasis on making sure that all information is correct and professionally presented.
- Able to work in a stressful environment with deadlines while maintaining their own time management.
- This candidate will strive to learn and be hungry to discover new opportunities. There is no end to wanting to satisfy the needs of a customer and finding a solution to a problem.
- Associate's Degree or College Degree will be favorably looked upon.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience with CSR software desired.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
