Duties
- Coordinate Employment Preparation Program (EPP)
- Provide online training workshops as per Manual
- Ensure Workshops are informative, appealing and provide results
- Outreach Youth/newcomers/women to participate in EPP through
- Meet and/or exceed targets of 8-10 EPP participants per month
- Track participation, attendance, progress and measure the success of the program
- Coordinate weekly workshops
- Create a monthly program calendar, including daily schedules and special events
- Working in collaboration with community partners, universities
- Participate in the assessment of program objectives, record-keeping and surveys
- Participate in daily/weekly staff meetings
- Ensure H&S Workplace Covid-19 Prevention Certificate of Completion, free E-course is completed by participants
- Working remotely - must be available in person during events
- Crim Record Check is required
- Other duties as assigned
- 34 hours per week
- Spanish is a MUST
- Must be Resident in Canada OR must have a Work Permit
